Tracks employee safety-related data and presents summarized reports and charts to management, integrates with existing systems.


Custom CRM

Supported and enhanced highly specialized CRM application. Multiple integrations including 3rd party product catalogs, QuickBooks, MS Office products. Functionality included prospects management, time sheets, invoicing, customer interfaces, specialized tracking for multiple deal splits and compliance tracking for incentive programs.


Call Center Support

Provided advisory and technical services for call center operating in a HIPAA compliant environment. Developed highly specialized line-of-business and related applications to allow co-existence between existing disparate systems, added phone system integrations, assisted in data center migration.


Web-based Image Processing

Provided advisory and technical services redesign, development and migration of a web-based system to manage images and related data from various sources.  Included automated data integrations, fax and cloud integrations, and full audit trails. Multiple data center migrations and upgrades within HIPAA compliant environments.


Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)/Risk Management Applications

Performed complex customizations to over 60 implementations of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and related web applications with both web and desktop interfaces.  Typically 15-30 levels of user security and extensive integration.


Mail Migration and server consolidation

Provided advisory and technical services in migration of 8,000 users to new mail and server environments.
